What an EOR does
The provider becomes the local legal employer while your business manages the role, priorities and day-to-day work. It provides a documented employment pathway without your business establishing a local entity.
Employer of record
Recruitment and employment administration are separate decisions. Fairhired’s recruitment fee finds the person; an optional employer-of-record service can support local employment after you choose them.
The provider becomes the local legal employer while your business manages the role, priorities and day-to-day work. It provides a documented employment pathway without your business establishing a local entity.
You remain responsible for meaningful work, day-to-day direction, appropriate systems access, workplace conduct and a safe, respectful working relationship.
EOR fees, employment costs, benefits and provider terms are not included in Fairhired’s $4,950 recruitment fee. The available provider, price and scope will be confirmed before you proceed.
Availability and requirements vary by location and worker circumstances. Fairhired does not promise that an EOR is necessary or suitable in every case.
