We are preparing a simple referral program for people who introduce an Australian business that goes on to hire through Fairhired.
We qualify the role
Fairhired confirms that the business has a suitable ongoing role, realistic expectations and an intention to pay an experienced professional fairly.
The search proceeds
If the business chooses to begin, it receives the same role brief, sourcing, assessment, checks and direct-hire service as every Fairhired client.
Reward terms come first
Referral rewards and eligibility terms are still being finalised. We will provide the written amount, timing, exclusions and any tax considerations before accepting a referral under the program.
