Terms

Clear expectations for using this site.

These draft terms cover use of the Fairhired website and general service information. A signed client agreement will govern each recruitment engagement and should be read separately.

01

Website information

Content on this site is general information. Salary, savings, timing, compliance and hiring examples are indicative and are not guarantees, legal advice, tax advice or a substitute for professional advice.

02

Recruitment services

The scope, role brief, fee, deposit, payment timing, guarantee conditions and deliverables for a search will be set out in a written client agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with this website, the signed agreement prevails.

03

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate role information, timely feedback, lawful interviews and decisions, fair treatment, secure systems access, payment of agreed compensation and obtaining advice about the engagement structure.

04

Candidate information

Candidate materials are provided for the relevant hiring purpose and should be kept confidential, secured and not used or disclosed for unrelated purposes.

05

Intellectual property

Fairhired owns or licenses the website content, branding, templates and recruitment materials unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse them without written permission.

06

Third-party services

Links or introductions to an employer of record, software provider or other third party do not make Fairhired responsible for that provider’s service. Their own terms, fees and privacy practices apply.

07

Liability and availability

To the extent permitted by law, Fairhired does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, a particular candidate outcome or a specific saving. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

08

Changes and governing law

We may update these website terms from time to time. The latest version applies from the date shown. Unless a client agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia.
